2. How can I purchase an artwork I liked?
Be sure that the item you are going buy is right for you.
- Add the product you like to your shopping cart.
- Create your account if you don't have it and/or sign in.
- You must supply all required information to proceed your order.
- Make system to checkout availability and shipping.
- Make a payment using PayPal payment gateway or bank transfer.
- Come in again and check how your shipping is going.
- Write note to seller.
- After you received item come in again and evaluate the bargain.

4. What delivery methods do you use?
We employ services of local dispatch to deliver the artworks.
5. How much does my delivery cost?
Islandwide delivery SGD40.00. We provide free delievery service if you purchased more than S$500.
6. How long does it take to get my purchase?
With existing stock, it usually takes about 3-5 days. Any customisation, takes approximately 4 weeks.
7. What if my purchase arrives in damaged state?
The chance that your purchase will arrive damaged is very low, as we use special packing materials for safe and careful transportation to ensure secure delivery and prevent possible damages. In case when your purchase does arrive damaged through our fault, we shall exchange your purchase or shall refund its cost.
8. Can I get a discount, if I order several paintings?
In most cases, we offer a discount, provided that you are already our regular customer or purchase more than 3 paintings.
9. Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order, but only before we have sent your purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible.
10. I want to purchase a painting, but later. Can you reserve it for me?
Yes, you can make a deposit with us and we can reserve this painting for you.
11. Are your paintings framed or stretched?
All the paintings are stretched/framed condition before we delivered.
12. Do we do international shipping?

As THE leading auction payment site, owned by www.ebay.com, you've probably already heard of them. They are a secure middle man for sellers. What they do is keep your information available to you only. I can never have access to your payment information. I only receive a notice that funds have been transferred to my account.
